Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to lead and mentor a regional group of Network Solutions Architects. You will drive design standards, oversee LAN/WAN deployments, and ensure mission-critical public safety solutions meet high standards.

The role requires self-motivation, autonomy, and ongoing skill development aligned with evolving technologies and standards. Travel within the U.S. is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or related field.
Minimum experience leading technical engineering teams in mission-critical environments.
Experience with ASTRO P25 architecture and public safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead regional NSAs, mentor engineers, and drive training.
Oversee design, deployment, and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks.
Provide design guidance for transport networks and security compliance.
Develop and present high-quality system designs to stakeholders.
