Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to lead a regional team of NSAs, driving design standards and technical oversight for ASTRO P25 LMR networks across the United States. The role requires strategic leadership, strong collaboration with the Network Practice Office, and a focus on mission-critical public safety deployments.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate complex LAN/WAN designs, and ensure high-quality documentation, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical engineering teams in mission-critical environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of NSAs to drive design standards and project execution.
• Oversee LAN/WAN design and integration for ASTRO P25 LMR networks across the region.
• Guide post-sale troubleshooting and support for complex network backhaul issues.
• Collaborate with the Network Practice Office and other SMEs to define unified design standards.
• Present technically compelling designs to stakeholders and drive regional bid strategies.
• Ensure documentation and security standards meet mission-critical Public Safety requirements.
