Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to provide leadership, strategic direction, and technical oversight to a regional group of Network Solutions Architects. The role focuses on design standards, best practices, and high-level customer engagements across North America.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, oversee complex LAN/WAN designs, and ensure security and performance for mission-critical public safety networks, including ASTRO P25 LMR deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing technical engineering teams in mission-critical/public safety environments.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of Network Solutions Architects.
• Oversee design/integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise applications.
• Provide strategic guidance on design standards and best practices.
