Motorola Solutions seeks a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team in the Network Practice Office. You will lead a regional team of NSAs, drive design standards, and oversee the deployment of ASTRO P25 LMR networks across the Midwest and Western Regions.

The role requires autonomy, strategic thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position emphasizes leadership, security, and compliance with mission-critical Public Safety standards, with travel 25–50% and a base salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Experience leading engineering teams in mission-critical environments.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of NSAs; develop training regimens for engineers.
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise applications.
• Direct post-sale troubleshooting support for complex network issues.
• Provide design guidance for P25-LMR, LTE, Smart Public Safety, and enterprise applications.
• Develop high-level and detailed network diagrams and reference designs.
• Review and present system designs to stakeholders and leadership.
