Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to lead a regional group of Network Solutions Architects. The role drives design standards, oversees deployments, and aligns with the Network Practice Office to deliver mission-critical public safety networks.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, strong routing and transport knowledge, and experience with P25-LMR, LTE, and enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Network Engineering.
• Experience managing technical engineering teams in mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of P25-LMR, LTE, and secure network design.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of NSAs; develop training regimens.
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise apps.
• Direct and support post-sale engineering with troubleshooting complex networks.
• Provide design guidance on transport networks for P25-LMR, LTE and enterprise apps.
• Ensure standard reference designs and detailed diagrams are documented.
