You will prospect, close deals, and collaborate with business bankers to drive cross-sell opportunities while coaching partners and managing referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 4 years of proven sales experience in financial services.
• Experience in merchant services sales in the $3-$50 million space.
• Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in an additional language.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and build relationships with new clients.
• Sell a range of solutions (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, check processing, gift cards, ACH).
• Build pipeline, close deals, exceed targets.
• Collaborate with bank units to maximize client profitability.
• Report leads, opportunities in CRM and understand trends in sales behaviors.
• Coach partners and drive merchant education and growth within the banker team.
• Attend leadership meetings and engage partners in referrals and calling efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
