Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 8 years proven sales management experience in a financial institution, with emphasis on payments.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a merchant/receivables sales team.
• Accurately manage the CRM process for sales management and drive product primacy with regional bank lending and deposit customers.
• Provide expertise in the payments industry and map sales process toward a high-win sales experience.
• Forge partnerships with internal and external channel partners to grow sales.
• Partner with merchant product and service teams to create the best support system for employees and clients.
• Participate in DE&I and community activities at team and leadership level.
• Drive high-growth client outcomes by focusing on client-sales experience and closing deals in client/prospect meetings.
