Worldpay is seeking a Sales Executive Merchant Regional to drive new business growth and profitability by identifying high-impact opportunities within local merchant markets. You will act as the strategic sales lead, advising owners and C-suite executives, and you will build robust referral networks while proactively expanding your pipeline.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience in SaaS/payments, a data-driven approach, and strong prospecting skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of sales experience, with an emphasis on solution selling, small businesses and merchants.
Track record of proven success exceeding sales targets with a data-driven, results-focused mindset.
Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory development.
Manage client relationships in partnership with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction across your portfolio.

Responsibilities

Drives new business growth and boosts profitability by spotting high-impact opportunities through market and client insight.
Serves as the strategic sales lead, consulting with owners and C-suite executives.
Builds and energizes a strong referral network and executes proactive outreach to generate sales momentum.
Builds and manages pipeline through referrals and self-generated leads.

Travels within a designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local businesses.
