Global Payments is seeking a Sales Executive Merchant Regional in the United States to drive new business growth and cultivate strategic relationships with local merchants. You will lead sales efforts, build a robust referral network, manage a pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored payment solutions.

A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of solution-selling experience are required, with a preference for payments or SaaS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sales experience with emphasis on solution selling, small businesses and merchants.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent cold calling, prospecting and territory development.
• Ability to manage client relationships with internal teams for customer success.
• Quick grasp of technology and ability to apply it to business needs.

Responsabilités

• Drives new business growth and profitability in existing accounts by identifying high-impact opportunities.
• Serves as the strategic sales lead, consulting with owners and C-suite executives.
• Builds and energizes a referral network and executes proactive outreach to generate sales momentum.
• Builds and manages pipeline through referrals and self-generated leads.
• Partners with sales teams to expand existing customer relationships.
• Delivers persuasive, value-driven presentations showing how solutions meet client needs.
• Travels within a designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local businesses.
