The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of leadership or clinical sales, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and the ability to travel up to 60% to meet customer and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years leadership or sales experience.
• 5+ years in clinical sales, marketing, or related roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales team and develop facility-level account plans.
• Identify key stakeholders and decision makers across facilities.
• Coach sales reps and ensure achievement of sales forecasts.
• Recruit, hire, and develop territory sales staff.
• Travel up to 60% as needed.
