Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager - ASI to join our MedTech Surgery business. This field-based role covers the territory with reference cities Fort Worth, Dallas, TX, and others, inviting candidates from multiple states to apply.

You will lead a team of sales representatives, develop facility-level account plans, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure resources are used to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field required; MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of business and/or leadership experience.
• 3-5 years in clinical sales, marketing, professional education, sales learning/development, or related experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of coaching/mentoring experience.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Sales leadership development program participation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop facility-level account plans and manage territory accounts.
• Identify key stakeholders and decision makers across facilities.
• Coordinate resources (people, process, programs, tools) to meet needs.
• Lead a team of sales reps, coach for development, and manage recruitment.
• Lead selling process with ethics and compliance; present to customers.
