Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in an applicable field such as Business, Marketing, Finance; MBA preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant business and/or leadership experience, with a minimum of 2 years in management.
• Excellent listening, written & oral communication skills, driving questioning, precision, and influence.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product and procedural knowledge; clinical and procedural excellence, product expertise and new product introduction experience.
• Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse region-wide sales team with qualified professionals.
• Provide ongoing performance management, mentorship, and career development to drive territory objectives.
• Lead acquisition of new accounts and surgeon relationships while supporting consultants with new technologies.
