Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Surgery division is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for ASI to lead field-based sales across multiple states, including Baton Rouge, New Orleans and Shreveport in Louisiana. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field required; MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years in business/leadership roles requested.
• Experience in clinical sales, marketing, or education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enable facility-level account management by developing account plans for each facility.
• Identify and foster relationships with key stakeholders across facilities.
• Lead and coach a sales team to meet or exceed forecasts.
• Recruit and hire to ensure territories are filled with qualified reps.
• Lead compliant and ethical selling while coordinating resources.
