Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager - ASI to join our MedTech Surgery business. This field-based role is open across multiple states in the territory, with Fort Worth, Dallas, TX as examples.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
3–5 years leadership experience in business.
3–5 years in clinical sales, marketing, professional education, sales learning/development, or related.
1–2 years coaching/mentoring/training.
Sales Leadership Development Program experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license in the United States.
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

Enable facility-level account management with an account plan for each facility.
Identify and foster relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers across facilities.
Ensure enablers (people, processes, programs, tools, technology) are used effectively.
Coordinate Demand and Access resources for facility-level needs; conduct cost-benefit analyses.
Lead and coach a team of sales reps; conduct field visits and develop their skills.
Recruit and hire to ensure full territory coverage; drive compliant, ethical selling.
