Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Central Illinois Springfield–Decatur territory. You will guide surgeons in the OR, ensure proper instrument availability, and contribute to DPS sales while coordinating with hospital teams and logistics.

The role requires medical or nursing alignment, strong communication, and willingness to travel frequently within the U.S. for customer support and clinical execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification plus 2 years of experience or
• 4 years of professional experience or
• Recent military transition may be accepted

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with orthopedic cases.
• Support DPS sales by attending surgeries and ensuring equipment is available.
• Handle hospital billing, purchase orders, logistics, and asset management.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain and deploy equipment across the territory to ensure product availability.
