Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support the New York Metropolitan territory. You will independently guide surgeons in the OR, provide clinical and logistical expertise for DePuy Synthes orthopedic products, and collaborate with sales consultants to drive adoption and clinical outcomes.

Travel within the assigned territory is required; you will work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and cross-functional teams to ensure equipment availability and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years clinical sales or related experience preferred.
• Experience in operating room environments highly valued.
• Must have US driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Guide surgeons in OR with clinical and technical support.
• Support DPS sales by providing direct customer service at surgeries.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and PO creation.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing teams to improve solutions.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets; ensure product availability.
• Ensure promotional materials are current and meet quality standards.
• Provide logistical support moving instruments and equipment between reps and hospitals.
