Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Central Illinois Springfield-Decatur territory. You will work with surgeons in the operating room, providing clinical expertise and ensuring the availability and proper use of orthopedic instruments and implants.

The role requires travel within the U.S., close collaboration with Sales Consultants, and adherence to high quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with 2+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience or recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with orthopedic cases.
• Provide direct customer support by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment.
• Troubleshoot, manage hospital billing, and handle purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and account teams to improve service and sales.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain and deploy equipment across the territory.
• Ensure promotional materials meet quality standards and support DePuy Synthes offerings.
