Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Riverside, CA territory. You will guide surgeons in the operating room, provide clinical and logistical support, and ensure equipment availability for procedures.

Travel across the U.S. is expected, with potential overnight stays. A relevant degree or medical certification plus several years in clinical sales or related roles is required, preferably within orthopaedics or DePuy Synthes contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a clinical setting.
• Certification or associate degree with minimum 2 years professional clinical experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience or military healthcare experience.
• Active military transition candidates considered with applicable credentials.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with orthopedic cases.
• Provide direct customer support by attending surgeries and ensuring equipment is ready.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and account teams to improve solutions.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.)

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience

Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty
