Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support clients in the New York Metropolitan territory. You will guide surgeons in the operating room and provide direct customer support for DePuy Synthes orthopedics solutions, helping drive DPS sales in the region.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge of orthopedic instruments, the ability to travel, and excellent communication with surgeons and hospital staff. Residence in the New York area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification with relevant experience accepted.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience or military transition.
• Active military transition may be considered for the role.

Responsibilities

• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with orthopedic cases.
• Provide direct customer support by attending surgeries and ensuring equipment is available.
• Troubleshoot, respond to physician needs, and manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales and clinical teams to improve service and drive growth.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain equipment and ensure product availability across the territory.
• Keep promotional materials current and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate logistical support moving instruments and implants between hospitals.
