Job summary

Cambridge Management, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities across the region. You will lead Community Managers and maintenance teams, monitor financials, drive occupancy targets, and ensure LIHTC and HUD compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in property management, strong leadership, and expertise in LIHTC/HUD programs, with proficiency in Excel and RealPage OneSite. Travel and stakeholder coordination are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years of property management experience.
LIHTC and HUD multifamily property experience required.
Strong leadership, budgeting, and financial analysis skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple communities and teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations and finances for assigned portfolio of communities.
Lead Community Managers and maintenance staff to meet budgets and occupancy goals.
Monitor performance, prepare annual budgets, and adjust plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and fair housing requirements.
Represent portfolio with agencies, owners, and local partners.
Maintain strong vendor and community relationships; drive occupancy targets.
