Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee a portfolio of housing communities. You will manage operations, personnel, leasing, maintenance, and risk management, ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will supervise offsite staff and collaborate with the regional team to drive financial performance, staffing effectiveness, and program adherence across LIHTC and Section 8 programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Equal Housing Opportunity/Affirmative Fair Housing laws.
• Monitor LIHTC Application and Annual Recertification processes.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Prepare salary increase requests for Community Manager and assist other team members.
• Approve all timesheets and ensure hours, vacation and sick time are correct.
• Promote harmony and quality job performance through leadership and guidance.
