Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee the operations of a housing community portfolio. You will manage staffing, leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

The role focuses on LIHTC and fair housing compliance, working to maximize net operating income while maintaining excellence in resident services and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience including LIHTC.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Experience in managing on-site staff and leasing operations.
• Ability to develop budgets and analyze income/expenses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Equal Housing Opportunity and Fair Housing laws.
• Monitor LIHTC and Section 8 policies and procedures.
• Oversee LIHTC application and annual recertification processes.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and provide monthly evaluations.
• Lead personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration, and risk management.
