Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking an experienced affordable regional manager to oversee operations of multiple LIHTC properties, ensuring strong resident experiences, vendor management, and solid monthly reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in property management, 3–5 years in direct supervision, Yardi experience, and a real estate license; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of property management experience.
• 3–5 years of direct management experience required.
• Experience with LIHTC properties and HUD guidelines preferred.
• Strong budgeting and P&L understanding required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of several LIHTC properties, including resident satisfaction and retention.
• Manage lease administration, rental collection, and delinquency handling.
• Lead property P&L, budgeting, and accounting reports for owners.
• Develop strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing team.
• Ensure compliance with Property Management Agreement and HUD guidelines.
• Respond to escalated resident issues and coordinate with corporate office.
