Job summary

Avenue5 is seeking an affordable regional manager to supervise operations of multiple properties under low-income housing tax credit programs. You will ensure efficient operations, manage vendor contracts and maintenance, oversee lease administration and monthly reporting, and partner with property leadership to deliver a positive resident and owner experience.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, P&L oversight, and familiarity with HUD/LIHTC processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum five to ten years in property management with LIHTC exposure.
• Experience overseeing multiple properties and budgets.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of several properties including P&L and lease administration.
• Ensure resident and client satisfaction and maintain curb appeal.
• Lead recruiting, mentoring, and performance management of site teams.
• Develop strategic marketing plans with the Avenue5 team.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain internal control over finances.
