The Regional Manager will drive property performance, ensuring alignment with ownership goals, and lead on-site teams through budgets, SOPs, and operational excellence.

The role requires five years of LIHTC/Project-Based Section 8 leadership, a real estate license as needed, and knowledge of RealPage or Yardi.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of experience as a Regional Manager of LIHTC and Project Based Section 8 properties.
• Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance required
• Real Estate Sales or Associate Brokers License (as required by the State)
• Working knowledge of RealPage or Yardi required
• Must have a Tax Credit Certification
• Must have a Project Based Section 8 Designation
• CPM designation is preferred
• Experience in developing annual budgets
• Experience in preparing a monthly variance reports

• Oversee and enhance performance of properties.
• Execute company policies while aligning with ownership objectives to maximize value.
• Develop a comprehensive Business and Operating Plan for properties.
• Structure operations and set on-site management goals.
• Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff.
• Provide administrative support to on-site staff.
• Monitor income and expenses to maximize financial performance.
• Implement SOPs per policy manuals.
• Review property performance and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain communication with owners and corporate officers.
