Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee operations of a property portfolio nationwide, with a focus on LIHTC and Section 8 programs. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance, and drive leasing, budgets, and risk management.

As an offsite leader, you will manage teams, enforce policies, and coordinate with regulatory agencies. Travel is required 25–50% to sites, with education in affordable housing and CAM/ARM credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred for advanced management.
• Experience in affordable housing and LIHTC/Section 8 is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies across properties.
• Lead strategic leasing, marketing, and administrative activities to maximize occupancy and NOI.
• Monitor budgets, reporting, and capital improvements; travel 25–50% of time to sites as needed.
