Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee operations across a housing portfolio emphasizing LIHTC and fair housing compliance. Lead onsite staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory adherence to deliver safe, compliant, and thriving communities.

Role requires prior regional management experience, knowledge of affordable housing programs, and strong leadership to ensure superior property performance and resident satisfaction across sites in Washington state.

Qualifications

• Experience with affordable housing programs including LIHTC and Section 8.
• Prior regional manager or multi-site leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio with emphasis on affordability.
• Lead staff hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audits, and reporting requirements are met.
• Develop budgets, monitor income/expenses and implement cost controls.
• Drive leasing, marketing, and resident relations to maximize occupancy.
