Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee several affordable properties, ensuring efficient operations, lease administration, and strong resident relations. You will lead property leadership teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with ownership to meet performance goals.

The role requires multi-site management experience, HUD/tax credit awareness, and a track record of developing associates and optimizing property performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-property portfolios with a focus on affordable housing.
• Strong budgeting, P&L oversight, and financial reporting skills.
• Knowledge of HUD programs, tax credit properties, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to recruit, mentor, and manage property teams to deliver excellent resident service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple affordable properties and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency control while ensuring compliance.
• Lead vendor contracts, maintenance, and safety programs; prepare reports for owners and leadership.
