Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee the operations of a diverse housing portfolio across the Washington region. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration, and risk as an offsite leader ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will develop operating budgets, monitor LIHTC and Section 8 processes, and drive cost control and revenue improvements while coaching onsite staff for excellence.

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience including LIHTC
• Prior experience as a Regional Manager
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years in housing industry; CAM/ARM preferred
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio and manage all phases of operations
• Supervise staff to ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines
• Develop yearly operating budgets and provide monthly income/expense evaluations
• Monitor LIHTC and Section 8 policies and annual recertification processes
• Promote staff development and performance improvement while achieving NOI targets
