Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee the operations of a housing community portfolio in Colorado. You will supervise on-site staff, ensure compliance with fair housing and LIHTC policies, and lead budgeting and leasing strategies to maximize performance.

The role requires travel ~25–50% of time, with a compensation range in Colorado of $105,000–$120,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience which includes LIHTC.
• Prior experience as a Regional Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in housing industry; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of housing portfolio and staff to ensure compliance with policies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and LIHTC/Section 8 policies.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor income/expenses.
• Lead leasing strategy, marketing plans, and resident retention efforts.
• Coordinate administrative and maintenance management for properties.
