Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals is seeking a Regional Major Projects Strategic Account Manager to identify, develop, influence and secure major project opportunities across the assigned region. You will report to the Regional General Manager and lead growth for major projects, coordinating with branch leadership to capture high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales, business development, or strategic account management experience.
• Demonstrated major project sales experience.
• Data center project experience strongly preferred; ability to influence executives.
• Strong understanding of construction, industrial services, HVAC rental or related industries.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze project opportunities and develop strategic growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional major projects growth strategy focused on revenue, profitability and market share expansion.
• Identify and maintain visibility into significant current and future project opportunities across the region.
• Build relationships with owners, developers, EPC firms, engineering consultants, general contractors, mechanical contractors and end users.
• Lead account planning and project capture strategies for targeted opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, procurement leaders and senior decision makers.
• Partner with branch managers, regional sales leadership, TSRs and operations teams to secure and execute project opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence on construction trends, competitive activity and emerging opportunities.
• Drive forecasting, CRM management and pipeline reviews for major projects.
• Support pricing strategy, contract negotiation and project execution planning.
