Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals is seeking a Regional Projects Manager to lead large nationwide projects, manage safety, budgets, and resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role requires coordinating logistics and maintaining strong client communications.

The candidate will oversee project lifecycles from planning to closeout, work with sales on scope, and travel up to 50% as needed, including disaster relief and restoration efforts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HVAC rental or similar.
• 2+ years in large project management, restoration, or emergency response deploying equipment.
• Be on call after hours due to after-hours support.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP or rental software is a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 50% including multi-day stays.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance on projects.
• Develop and manage large project plans with budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and logistics.
• Monitor KPIs: safety, delivery, financials, quality.
• Serve as primary contact during project execution.
