Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals seeks a Regional General Manager to drive sales and operations strategy across the region. You will lead regional teams, optimize pricing, and manage key accounts to grow revenue and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to navigate complex customer needs in the rental industry. Expect travel around 50% and a focus on safety and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent field experience.
• 5+ years of management experience in the specialty rental business or similar.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and business systems.
• Proven leadership with mentoring teams and growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic business mindset and data-driven analysis.
• Experience with construction contracting, engineering, and direct selling processes.
• Willingness to travel ~50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, implement, and execute sales and operations strategy to grow revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Lead regional sales and operations teams to achieve targets and manage performance.
• Develop pricing strategies across products and services.
• Build relationships with senior accounts and expand key accounts.
• Coordinate regional marketing activities and budgets.
• Drive safety and ensure adherence to company policies across locations.
• Forecast monthly/annual budgets and monitor expenses.
