Job summary

Legrand is seeking a BUS Regional Sales Manager, Key Accounts & Southwest, in a remote capacity within the Power & Thermal Management Team. You will drive growth for Starline's data center power infrastructure across the Southwest, leading strategy, pipeline development, and partner engagement with data center owners, consultants, contractors, distributors, integrators, and key influencers.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5-7 years sales experience in B2B or data center/industrial markets.
• 1-3 years leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional revenue objectives.
• Manage and optimize channel partners and direct sales in the region.
• Develop target markets and account strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and prepare proposals and presentations.
• Maintain CRM discipline and accurate forecasting.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
