Job summary

Fairway Management, a division of JES Holdings, is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee hands-on maintenance and train regional teams across multiple properties. The role requires daily travel, budget assistance, and coordination of interior upgrades and capital projects.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in maintenance with supervision, EPA 608 certification, HVAC troubleshooting skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Real Page Onesite.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting/installation experience (3+ years).
• Proficient with MS Office and Real Page Onesite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites and standardize processes across all sites.
• Provide training and mentoring to maintenance staff.
• Assist with maintenance budgets and oversee capital projects.
• Lead quarterly property inspections within the region.
• Travel daily between properties and conduct on-site maintenance work.
• Participate in interviews for maintenance positions and hire staff as needed.
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance across properties.
