Job summary

JES Holdings, including Fairway Management (FWM), seeks a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance across multiple properties. The role requires daily travel, hands-on work, and mentorship of maintenance staff while ensuring cost-effective practices and safety.

Responsibilities include budgeting, overseeing capital projects, and coordinating with regional managers to maintain high service standards and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting/installation experience (3+ years).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Real Page Onesite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites and standardize processes across sites.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff; manage budgets and capital projects.
• Travel daily between properties; conduct quarterly inspections; ensure timely work orders closure.
• Interview and hire maintenance staff; monitor safety and compliance.
