JES Holdings seeks a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance across multiple properties. The role includes coaching staff, managing budgets, and coordinating capital projects while traveling between sites within the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting/installation, 3+ years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint; Real Page Onesite.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance; building trades.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects, standardize processes across sites.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards; resolve resident maintenance issues promptly.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as needed.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections within the region.
• Lead region-wide maintenance training and assist with on-site maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain and monitor work orders, preventive maintenance logs, and safety compliance.
