Job summary

JES Holdings' Fairway Management division seeks a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance programs across multiple properties. The role requires hands-on work, staff training, and travel within the region to ensure high-quality service and safety standards.

The position includes budgeting input, coordinating capital projects, and conducting quarterly property inspections. Candidates should have EPA 608 certification, HVAC expertise, and 6+ years’ supervisory maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory responsibility.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification with HVAC troubleshooting experience (3+ years).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
• Ability to read blueprints; familiarity with LIHTC, HOME and Section 8 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards and timely resident maintenance responses.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as required; conduct quarterly inspections.
• Lead hands-on maintenance work and mentor staff across regions.
• Assist with maintenance budgets and capital project oversight; interview prospective staff.
