Job summary

JES Holdings / Fairway Management is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across multiple properties in the region. This in-person role requires daily travel and hands-on work, with a focus on training staff, managing budgets, and ensuring high maintenance standards.

The position demands strong HVAC expertise, EPA certification, and supervisory experience, along with budgeting and vendor management skills to support a growing affordable housing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in maintenance with supervisory background.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required for HVAC work.
• HVAC troubleshooting, repairs and installation experience.
• Proficient in MS Word/Outlook/Teams/Excel/PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics; knowledge of building trades.
• Understanding of LIHTC, HOME and Section 8 compliance and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites and manage vendors and capital projects.
• Develop training programs and standardize maintenance processes.
• Travel daily between properties with overnight stays as needed.
• Lead regional quarterly training and assist with budgets.
• Inspect properties for safety and ensure timely maintenance.
• Hire, train and develop on-site maintenance technicians.
