Job summary

JES Holdings, including Fairway Management (FWM), is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead hands-on maintenance across multiple sites in the Western I region, with daily travel and mentorship of staff. The role emphasizes budget participation, inspections, and capital projects while maintaining safety standards and strong resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory duties.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required; HVAC troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint; Real Page OneSite experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, Section 8 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects.
• Lead quarterly site inspections and maintenance budgets within regions.
• Provide hands-on maintenance and mentor staff; ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate travel and on-call coverage; assist with interviews for maintenance roles.
