Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance across our Georgia region, travel between properties, and mentor on-site teams.

You will develop training programs, standardize processes, and help manage capital projects with a focus on safety and service quality. The role requires 6+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience, EPA 608 certification, HVAC skills, blueprints literacy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Real Page

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics; knowledge of building trades.
• Familiar with LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects.
• Standardize processes and ensure customer service standards across sites.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as needed; conduct quarterly inspections.
• Assist in budgeting, on-site maintenance, and interview prospective staff.
• Lead region-wide quarterly training and manage work orders and safety compliance.
