Job summary

Fairway Management, a division of JES Holdings, is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee hands-on maintenance across multiple properties within a defined region. The role requires daily travel, training staff, budgeting support, and ensuring safety and quality standards at each site.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with vendors, and conduct quarterly inspections, while maintaining maintenance logs and ensuring timely responses to resident requests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Must have 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics and use common building trades.
• Familiar with LIHTC, HOME, Section 8 compliance and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as necessary.
• Lead region-wide quarterly training for maintenance staff.
• Maintain systems for monitoring and tracking work orders and PMs.
• Assist with maintenance operating budgets and capital project oversight.
• Assist with interviewing for maintenance positions.
