Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. seeks a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to support hands-on maintenance and regional coaching across multiple apartment communities in the Kansas City area.

You will train staff, manage vendors, and lead capital projects while conducting quarterly inspections to maintain high operational standards. Daily travel with overnight stays is required, and EPA 608 certification plus HVAC expertise are essential.

Qualifications

6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting/installation experience.
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
Skilled in carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and janitorial work.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects, and standardize processes across sites.
Ensure adherence to customer service standards and timely maintenance issue resolution.
Travel daily with overnight stays as needed.
Conduct quarterly property inspections within the region.
Lead region-wide training for maintenance staff and assist in budget development.
