Job summary

JES Holdings, through its Fairway Management division, seeks a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance operations across multiple apartment communities. This fully in-person role requires daily travel between properties within assigned regions, with oversight of staff, budgets, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting/installation experience (3+ years).
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
• Able to read blueprints/schematics; familiar with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 Compliance and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites; develop training programs and standardize processes.
• Travel daily between properties with overnight stays as needed.
• Lead regional maintenance staff; assist with budgets and capital projects.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections for properties in region.
• Interview prospective maintenance staff and hire according to policy.
• Maintain safety, tracking of work orders, and inventory across sites.
• Assist with on-site maintenance tasks when required.
