Qualifications

• 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory background.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams/PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and use hand/power tools.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, and standardize processes.
• Lead safety, budget preparation, and quarterly inspections across properties.
• Train and mentor on-site technicians and assist in interviews.
• Coordinate with property managers and vendors to ensure timely maintenance.
• Travel daily between properties with overnight stays as needed.
