Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting expertise.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Real Page Onesite; ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites and standardize maintenance processes across regions.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as necessary; conduct quarterly inspections.
• Lead training and mentoring of maintenance staff; assist with budgets.
• Assist with capital projects; manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure safety compliance and timely resident service resolutions.
