Job summary

JES Holdings, including its Fairway Management division, seeks a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance across multiple sites in the region. The role requires daily travel between properties, oversight of maintenance logs, and quarterly inspections to ensure operational excellence.

You will balance hands-on work with regional responsibilities such as staff training, budgeting support, and coordinating capital projects with vendors and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting/repairs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint; Real Page Onesite.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; knowledge of building trades.
• Deep understanding of LIHTC, HOME and Section 8 compliance and budget planning.
• Ability to travel daily with overnight stays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations at multiple sites within the region.
• Develop and deliver training programs for maintenance staff.
• Assist with maintenance budgets and capital projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage in-house projects.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections and ensure safety standards.
• Interview prospective maintenance staff and oversee onboarding.
• Maintain and monitor work orders, preventive maintenance logs, and readies.
