Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory duties.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint; Real Page Onesite.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; knowledge of building trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites and standardize processes across all sites.
• Develop training programs and mentor maintenance staff.
• Manage budgets, capital projects, and vendor relationships.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections and address safety concerns.
• Travel daily between properties; occasional overnight stays as needed.
• Assist with on-call coverage and recruitment for maintenance staff.
• Lead region-wide quarterly training and maintain work-order tracking systems.
