Job summary

JES Holdings in Albany, GA is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across our region. This fully in-person role requires daily travel between properties, conducting quarterly inspections, and coordinating hands-on work with onsite staff.

You will train staff, assist with budgets, and oversee capital projects while ensuring safety and service standards across all sites.

Qualifications

High School diploma or the equivalent.
6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
Skilled in carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, and related trades.
Familiar with LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance and budget planning.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects, and standardize processes across all sites.
Ensure adherence to customer service standards and timely handling of resident maintenance issues.
Travel daily with overnight stays as necessary.
Conduct quarterly property inspections for properties within region.
Assist with hands-on maintenance tasks and mentor staff; participate in interviews for maintenance roles.
Assist with maintenance budgets and oversight of capital projects.
