Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance across multiple properties, provide training, and manage regional budgets while traveling between sites.

This in-person role requires overseeing safety, coordinating with property managers, and mentoring staff; you will work with HR and regional leadership to ensure timely project completion and inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Real Page Onesite.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; knowledge of building trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards and timely handling of resident maintenance issues.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as necessary.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections for properties within region.
• Assist maintenance staff and hire/train on-site technicians.
• Lead region-wide quarterly training for maintenance staff.
• Maintain systems for tracking work orders, preventive maintenance and budgets.
